How it works: Right after application, the sugar alcohols and glycols hydrate the top layers of the Stratum corneum and let Urea and Lactic acid penetrate. As soon as two actives penetrate the hardened keratin structures, Urea chemically affects keratin, and Lactic acid destroys the structures that keep the dead cells together.

Glycols also loosen the lipid structures in the hardened skin keratin. In the end of the product exposure, the dead cells lose the ability to stick to each other and can be removed safely and fast. How to use: Exposure time: 3-5 minutes. Sometimes when the callosities are too thick and dry, the exposure can be extended up to 10 minutes with additional portions of the product.

No cotton gauze application or plastic film wraps needed. When the exposure time comes to an end, use the professional pedicure file (80-100 grit) to remove the softened keratin masses. Be prepared to get a lot of lumpy small chanks pieces of the removed keratin. When you notice the powdery particles under the foot file or the signs of the soft elastic skin, change the file or use e-file for finishing.

We also recommend applying a moisturizing lotion, cream, protective cream or any other emollient to help skin to adapt to the new environment. After you finish your service, you may want to just lightly spray over your client’s feet – not a portion you use when you remove the hardened skin. So just spray 7-8 inches away from the surface of the feet to get a light mist and let it dry.
